Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Packing Operator to join our Boston warehouse team. This role is responsible for properly packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack products securely and accurately according to company standards
• Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment
• Inspect items for damage or discrepancies before packing
• Organize packing materials and maintain a clean work area
• Assist with order preparation and staging for outbound shipments
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous warehouse or packing experience is a plus (not required)
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
