General Warehouse Picker

About the Position

TrustWareGate is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Warehouse Picker to support daily warehouse and order fulfillment operations. The successful candidate will help locate products, prepare orders, maintain organized inventory, and ensure items are handled accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick products and materials according to order sheets or digital picking instructions.
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before processing orders.
• Pack, label, and stage items for shipment or distribution.
• Assist with receiving, sorting, and organizing incoming inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of picked and packed orders.
• Inspect items for visible damage and report discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
