Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems
  • Provide updates on shipments, inventory status, and delivery schedules
  • Assist clients with service requests and issue resolution
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate fulfillment

Minimum requirements
