Position Overview
The Assistant Project Coordinator supports warehouse and logistics projects by assisting with scheduling, documentation, and coordination between internal teams. This is an operations-focused role, not marketing or communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with coordination of warehouse and logistics projects
- Track project timelines, tasks, and documentation
- Communicate with operations, warehouse, and administrative teams
- Maintain project records, reports, and status updates
- Support scheduling of shipments, staffing, or inventory activities
- Help ensure projects follow company procedures and timelines
- Perform general administrative support related to operations
Minimum requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree a plus)
- Administrative, logistics, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, email, internal systems)
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
